10 Duties of my Career

1- Provide direct client care as needed.2- Promote and manage expectations and satisfaction with internal and external customers.
3- Collaborate with staff to identify and evaluate learning needs.
4- Documents project scope, cost and resource estimates as needed to establish priorities for various projects.5- Works with Steering Committee to effectively prioritize systems requests.6- Providing design, implementation, validation and maintenance projects of the corporation.7- Responsible for establishing and maintaining high standards of safety, security, and customer service.8- Oversee the day-to-day operations for our customer service ground activities.9- Assess educational needs of novice staff during orientation.
10- Participate in call for after hour’s client care.
